Joe Rossouw is the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager for TB HIV Care. He ensures that the HIV prevention programme stays on track and meets its targets.
Joe is experienced in grant management, developing and strengthening national M&E systems and programme development. He is adept at identifying trends and forecasting expected programme performance as well as promoting the use of data for continuous programme and data quality improvement. Joe previously managed the national Global Fund supported sex work programme grant at the Networking HIV AIDS Community of South Africa (NACOSA) where he was an M&E Officer before being promoted to the role of Programme Specialist. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Science Methods and a bachelor’s degree in social work.
Joe is currently completing a Masters of Public Health degree specializing in epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of Cape Town.
